Tartu Ülikooli botaanikaaed ootab osalema orhideekonkursil! Konkurss toimub osana orhideenäitusest ja osalema on oodatud kõik, kel õitseb kodus parasjagu mõni huvitav orhidee. Eelduseks on muidugi, et taim on koduaedniku hoole all õide puhkenud.
An exhibition of drawings by zoologist and curator of vertebrate animal collections, Andrei Milutin, titled "Amazing Animals", brings together art and science. The exhibition will remain open at the University of Tartu Natural History Museum until 18 February.

Ave Kruusel's "Traffic Controllers" won the Nature Festival's urban wildlife photography contest "Wild City" this year. Christina Veebel's photo "This sign is mine" was chosen as the best work in the children and youth category.
The Nature Festival invites you to the Bird Jam - on Friday, 9 June, at 18:00; birds, musicians and poets will come together at the Lodjakoja in Tartu to focus on urban nature.
The Nature Festival is a nationwide celebration of nature. In addition to Tartu, the events of the Nature Festival will also reach Tallinn, Võru, Räpina and Lake Võrtsjärv, as well as the nature observation marathon sites across Estonia.
